Harab Rasheed
How it works
- Open Nusuk and choose the Rawdah (Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifah) permit for men or women.
- Pick an available slot. New slots are released in batches; if none show, check again later or use the waitlist where offered.
- Arrive early at the designated entrance with your permit QR code and passport or ID.
Good to know
- Separate windows for men and women (General Authority for the Affairs of the Prophet's Mosque, announced 20 October 2026):
- Men: 2:00 am until Fajr, and 11:20 am until Isha — on Fridays 2:00 am until Fajr, and 9:00 am until Isha.
- Women: after Fajr until 11:00 am (9:00 am on Fridays), and after Isha until 2:00 am.
- Times change for Ramadan and the Hajj season — your permit shows the confirmed slot.
- One permit, one visit. Cancel in the app if you can't go, so the slot goes to someone else.
- Waiting period between visits. Nusuk limits how often one person can get a Rawdah permit, but the published figures differ: the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah's FAQ says 30 days, while reports in October 2026 cite one permit every 365 days. Plan your trip around one visit, and check in Nusuk whether you're eligible for another.
- Elderly and wheelchair users: ask staff at the entrance about assistance.
