Terms and conditions

The standard booking terms for Marhaba Haji packages.

Each package page lists the terms for that departure. Where they differ from this page, the terms on the package page and in your booking confirmation apply to your booking.

Booking terms

Booking & confirmation

A non-refundable deposit of 25% per pilgrim is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be cleared at least 21 days prior to the scheduled departure date.

Passport & visa requirements

Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of planned travel with at least 2 blank pages. Visa issuance is subject to the discretion of the Ministry of Hajj & Umrah of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Hotel check-in & check-out

Standard hotel check-in time in Saudi Arabia is 4:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges.

Room occupancy

Room types (Single, Double, Triple, Quad, Quint) refer to the number of beds sharing the room. Specific room views (e.g. Kaaba view or Haram view) are subject to availability and separate tariff if requested.

Health & fitness

Pilgrims must ensure they are medically fit to travel and perform the pilgrimage rituals. Elderly pilgrims or those requiring special assistance should be accompanied by a companion.

Disclaimer and limits of liability

  1. Marhaba Haji acts solely as an organizer and facilitator for airline carriers, hotels, and transport operators. We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, accident, delay, irregularity, or changes in schedules caused by weather conditions, mechanical breakdown, strikes, or sovereign acts of governments.
  2. Flight schedules, airline routes, and terminal allocations are governed entirely by the operating airlines and aviation authorities and may change without prior notice.
  3. Rawdah ash-Sharifah permits are issued exclusively through the Saudi Nusuk mobile application subject to slot availability controlled by the Ministry of Hajj & Umrah. While our team provides full hands-on assistance, slot allocation remains subject to Saudi authorities.
  4. Currency exchange fluctuations and Saudi government fee revisions (such as municipality taxes or visa fee adjustments) occurring after booking may require corresponding fare adjustments.
