Who you pay, how to pay without a gateway fee, and what is refunded if plans change.
Payment security notice
Payments are accepted strictly and exclusively in the name of Marhaba Ventures Private Limited (GSTIN 29AAQCM0911K1Z5).
Marhaba Haji never requests payments into personal savings accounts or individual UPI addresses (e.g., Google Pay / PhonePe to a personal mobile number). Any such request is unauthorized.
If anyone asks you to pay a person rather than the company, do not pay. Call us on +91 90084 47887 to check first.

Online payment gateway
Cards · NetBanking · UPI
A 2% convenience fee is charged by the payment gateway aggregator and added to the amount you pay.
Direct bank transfer
NEFT · RTGS · IMPS
Zero convenience fee. The company's current account details are given only in your private, signed booking confirmation invoice.
Written cost confirmation
Every package price, hotel booking, and transport schedule is confirmed in writing before payment is requested.
Cancellation and refund schedule
Counted from the day we receive your written cancellation notice, against the scheduled departure date.

Supplier charges
- Visa processing fee: ₹15,000 is strictly non-refundable once documentation is submitted to the Ministry portal.
- Airlines and hotels: governed by each airline's fare rules and the Saudi hotels' seasonal cancellation contracts.
- Written reconciliation: all eligible refund amounts are reconciled and confirmed to you in writing after the supplier audit.
