Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations received:

• 30 days or more before departure: Deposit forfeited; remaining balance refunded in full.
• 21 to 29 days before departure: 50% of the total package fare is deducted.
• 14 to 20 days before departure: 75% of the total package fare is deducted.
• Less than 14 days before departure or No-Show: 100% of the package fare is non-refundable.

Note: Airline ticket cancellation charges and non-refundable hotel group bookings apply in addition to the standard schedule. Partial cancellations within a sharing room may require room type adjustment charges for remaining occupants.

1. All refund requests must be submitted in writing via registered email to info@marhabahaji.com.
2. Refund calculations are based on the date the written cancellation notice is received by Marhaba Haji.
3. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 14 to 21 business days following confirmation from airlines and hotel partners.
4. Visa fees, travel insurance premiums, and banking transaction charges are strictly non-refundable once processed.
5. In the event of an unavoidable cancellation initiated by Marhaba Haji, pilgrims will receive a full 100% refund of all monies paid, or the option to reschedule to an alternate departure date without penalty.
