01Does this planner book a Rawdah permit?
No. It shows which visiting windows fall inside your Madinah stay. Permits are free and are booked in the Nusuk app or website, which shows the actual open slots.
02How accurate are the times?
Fajr and Isha are calculated for Madinah with the Umm al-Qura method and are usually within a few minutes of the mosque timetable. The Rawdah windows follow the schedule published by the authorities, which changes for Fridays, Ramadan and the Hajj season.
03Why do men and women get different windows?
Men and women visit the Rawdah at separate times through separate entrances, so a family usually needs two permits in two different windows.
04What if no window fits my stay?
Try extending your Madinah stay by a night, or check Nusuk's Instant Track when you are near the mosque. If you'd like help, our team can watch for slots for you; the permit itself stays free.
