Quick answer
The Rawdah (Riyadul Jannah, Riaz ul Jannah) is the area of Al-Masjid an-Nabawi between the Prophet's (peace be upon him) house and his minbar. To pray there you need a free permit for a set slot from the Nusuk app or website; everyone aged 5 and over needs their own. Men and women visit at separate times, for about 10–15 minutes inside, and a booked permit is allowed once every 365 days.
Last checked 2 November 2026. The authorities change Rawdah rules from time to time, so check Nusuk for your dates.
