What is the Rawdah?
The Rawdah is the area inside Al-Masjid an-Nabawi that lies between the Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him) house (where he is now buried) and his minbar. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Between my house and my minbar is a garden from the gardens of Paradise" (Bukhari 1196, Muslim 1391). This is why it is known as Riyadul Jannah — "the garden of Paradise". Today it is marked by a green carpet, distinct from the red carpet in the rest of the mosque, and pilgrims come to pray two rak'ahs and make du'a there.

How do Rawdah permits work today?

What is the Rawdah (Riyadul Jannah)?

How much does Marhaba Haji charge for Rawdah permit help?
Our assistance fee is SAR 35 or ₹1,000 per person — you choose the currency. The total is simply the number of travellers multiplied by the per-person price.
Can children visit the Rawdah through this service?
We accept requests only for travellers above 5 years of age. Please confirm every person in your group meets this before submitting.
Are there separate timings for men and women?
Yes. Men and women are given separate time slots and separate entrances. That is why we ask for the number of men and women separately.
How often can a person visit the Rawdah?
Permit availability and frequency limits are set by the Saudi authorities and can change. Under recent rules a person may typically obtain a Rawdah permit once within a set period. We confirm the current rule with you when we process your request.
Why do you need my Madinah arrival and departure times?
Slots are released for specific dates and times. Knowing exactly when you are in Madinah lets us look only for slots you can actually attend.
What if no slot is available during my stay?
Slots are limited and released by the authorities, so availability is never guaranteed. If we cannot secure a slot during your stay, we will tell you before any payment is taken.
Do I pay online now?
No. Send the request, and our team will confirm the details and share payment instructions. No charge is taken at the request stage.
