For imams, group leaders and agencies
Rawdah help for Umrah groups
Forty pilgrims, men and women, three days in Madinah. We plan the Rawdah windows for your whole group, watch for free Nusuk slots and send you a status sheet before every visit.
The permit is free
Every pilgrim's Rawdah permit is free from Nusuk, and no one can sell it. What we offer a group is the work around it: planning the waves, watching for slots, booking in order and keeping you informed. You pay only for pilgrims whose slot is confirmed.
How it works for a group
- 01
Send your group's details
Numbers of men and women, your Madinah dates and any elderly or wheelchair pilgrims. No passports yet.
- 02
We plan the windows
We map men's and women's Rawdah windows across your stay so the group can go in waves without clashing with your ziyarat or travel.
- 03
Booking, the agreed way
We agree with you how each pilgrim's free Nusuk permit is booked, then watch for slots and book in order. Nothing is booked without your go-ahead.
- 04
Status sheet before each visit
At least 24 hours before each wave you get a sheet: who has a permit, the slot, the entrance and who is still waiting.
Who it is for
- Imams and scholars leading a group from their mosque
- Umrah group leaders and small travel agencies
- Family and community groups of 10 or more
- Organisers in the Gulf bringing a group by road
What we never do
- Sell or resell Rawdah permits
- Promise a slot for every pilgrim
- Ask for Nusuk passwords or one-time codes in a form
- Charge for pilgrims whose slot is not confirmed
