Most Umrah trips need three or four transfers: the airport to your first hotel, Makkah to Madinah (or the other way), and the drive back to the airport, often with a ziyarah day. Booking them together means one coordinator, one driver contact and no searching for taxis with luggage. A typical route
Land in Jeddah and drive to Makkah for Umrah. After your days in Makkah, travel to Madinah. Fly home from Madinah airport, or drive back to Jeddah. If you land in Madinah first, the same legs run the other way, with a stop at Dhul Hulayfah for Ihram on the way to Makkah.
