Quick answer
The drive from a Makkah hotel to King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah usually takes about 1 to 1.5 hours, longer after Jumu'ah, at the end of Ramadan and in peak season. Airlines usually ask you to check in about 3 hours before an international flight, so many pilgrims leave their hotel 4 to 5 hours before departure. Marhaba Haji's driver collects you from your hotel and drops you at your terminal. The published 1448 H rate is fixed per vehicle, not per person.

Work back from your flight time: about 3 hours at the airport for check-in and security, about 1 to 1.5 hours on the road, and some spare time for hotel checkout and traffic. If your flight is just after a prayer time, leave before the prayer crowds fill the roads around the Haram.
Check your ticket for the terminal. Jeddah airport has Terminal 1, the North Terminal and the Hajj Terminal, and they are far apart. Tell us the terminal when you book so the driver goes straight there.
Most pilgrims fly home with more than they came with. If you are carrying Zamzam cans and gift bags, pick a Staria, GMC or HiAce instead of a sedan. Check your airline's Zamzam rules before you pack — our guide below explains them.
