Which hotels and how far from the Haram?
Hotels differ between packages. The distances below are the walking distances listed on each package page.

All three packages give nine nights to Makkah, with the rest in Madinah. If an elderly parent or a wheelchair user is travelling, a shorter walk in Makkah may matter more than the price difference. Ask about lifts, ramps and the route to the mosque before you book.
What is not included?
The package pages list these as extra:
- Personal costs such as room service, laundry, phone calls and the minibar
- Excess baggage charged by the airline
- Meals other than the listed breakfast and dinner
- Optional excursions, private tours and wheelchair assistance
- Costs from flight delays, cancellations or rescheduling outside the operator's control
- GST and TCS, as applicable
- Medical treatment beyond the basic travel insurance
Budget for lunch, local shopping and any wheelchair hire on top of the package price.
Is the Umrah visa included?
Each Bangalore package lists Umrah visa assistance as included. If you only need a visa and are arranging the rest yourself, Marhaba Haji handles that through its separate Umrah visa service rather than through these packages. Approval of any visa rests with the Saudi authorities.
How does the Rawdah visit work?
A visit to Rawdah ash-Sharifah in Al-Masjid an-Nabawi needs a permit with a set time slot. According to the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the permit is issued free of charge through the Nusuk app and website, where you choose a date and an available slot. The packages include help with this appointment, and the Rawdah permit help page explains the separate service for those travelling on their own. Slots depend on availability, so no date can be promised.
What if 14 nights is too long?
The group departures from Bangalore are fixed at 14 nights. If you need a shorter trip, for example a week around school holidays or work leave, customized Umrah lets you choose your own dates, hotels and nights in each city, starting from Bangalore or another city.
