Umrah for your parents

Book Umrah for your parents, from wherever you live

You plan the trip and receive the written quote; your parents travel with hotel vouchers in their own names, a plan that suits their pace, and our team on WhatsApp.

How it works when you pay and they travel

  1. Step 1

    Tell us about your parents

Their city, the dates that suit them, their passports, and anything that matters for their pace: a wheelchair, a short flat walk, a ground-floor or lift-served room.

  2. Step 2

We send the written quote to you

Hotels by name, rooms, dates, the total price and the free-cancellation date. You decide; nothing is booked or paid until you accept.

  3. Step 3

You pay; they get the documents

When the booking is confirmed, your parents receive hotel vouchers with the hotel confirmation number in their own names. You receive the confirmation and copies of everything.

  4. Step 4

Our team is a message away

Your parents get our WhatsApp number with their vouchers, so they can reach our team during office hours before and during the trip.

Two ways to send them

  • A package from India. Flights, hotels, transfers and ziyarat, with Umrah visa help for Indian passports within eligible packages. See our Umrah packages.
  • Hotels and transport only. If your parents already have flights and a visa, or travel with relatives, we arrange the hotels, airport transfers and the Makkah–Madinah journey. See hotels in Makkah and hotels in Madinah.

Planned for their pace

A short, flat walk

We give the walking distance to a named gate of the Haram and flag slopes and long walks. For elderly parents, a closer hotel saves strength for worship.

Wheelchairs and help on the way

Wheelchairs and electric carts can be used for Tawaf and Sa'i at Masjid al-Haram. Ask the airline for wheelchair help at the airports when booking flights; we add it to the transfers.

Rooms that suit them

Twin beds or a double, a room served by a lift, and a family room if a relative travels with them. We confirm the room type in writing.

Rawdah and ziyarat at their pace

Rawdah visits in Madinah need a Nusuk permit, with separate times for men and women. We help book them and plan ziyarat with rest in between.

Paying from abroad

  • Written quote first. Nothing is booked or paid until you accept it.
  • Hotel and transport stays are paid in full by card, with no bank transfers from abroad, so you keep your bank's chargeback protection.
  • Full packages from India: your quote says how and when to pay.
  • Pay the company only. Payments are accepted solely in the name of Marhaba Ventures Private Limited.

The details, including card charges and refunds, are on payments, cancellations and refunds.

When we reply, in your time

Our team replies Monday to Saturday, 10am–8pm India time. That is:

  • UK: 4:30am–2:30pm
  • UAE: 8:30am–6:30pm
  • Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain: 7:30am–5:30pm
  • US East Coast: 12:30am–9:30am
  • Sydney: 3:30pm–1:30am

Messages sent outside these hours are answered the next working morning in India.

Sending them in Ramadan 2027

For elderly parents, the first and middle ten days are calmer and usually cheaper. If the last ten nights matter most to them, see the last ten nights in Makkah, and choose a hotel close to the Haram. Each Ramadan form has a box to tick when you are arranging the trip for someone else.

Tell us about your parents

Fill in the notes below as far as you can. We reply with a plan and a written quote, sent to you.

Still deciding?

Our concierge replies on WhatsApp with options and an exact quote for your dates.

01Can I book Umrah for my parents if I live abroad?
Yes. You plan and pay; your parents travel. We send the written quote and the confirmation to you, and your parents receive the hotel vouchers in their own names along with our WhatsApp contact.
02Can I pay from outside India?
Yes. Hotel and transport stays booked from outside India are paid in full by card after you accept the written quote, with no bank transfers from abroad. For a full package from India, your quote says how and when to pay. Payments are accepted only in the name of Marhaba Ventures Private Limited.
03Which visa do my parents need?
It depends on their passport. For parents on Indian passports travelling from India, we help with the Umrah visa within eligible full packages, or through our visa service. Parents on other passports may need a different route; we check it for their passport before you book.
04Can my parents travel without a relative?
Many elderly pilgrims travel with a group or with a relative. Tell us who is travelling and what help they need, and we suggest a plan: a group departure, a relative joining, or private transfers with our team on WhatsApp.
05When do you reply?
Our team replies Monday to Saturday, 10am to 8pm India time. The page shows those hours in your own time zone. Messages sent outside these hours are answered the next working morning in India.
