Hajj Ready
How it works
What Hajj Ready is and isn't, how every question is checked against published sources and approved by our team, how we keep your data private, and our public corrections log.
Training, not worship
Hajj Ready is training, not worship. It checks your preparation and knowledge — never your worship, your intentions or anyone's faith. Only Allah accepts a Hajj.
It is not a fatwa service and not medical advice. Where scholars differ, a question says so and suggests you ask a scholar you trust.
How every question is checked
Every question and explanation is written by our team, checked against a published official source (such as the Haj Committee of India's guidelines or the Saudi Ministry of Health's Hajj requirements), and approved by a named member of our team before it can be published.
Questions on matters where the schools of thought differ are also signed off by a scholar before they are published.
Rules on visas, permits, vaccinations and travel change from season to season. Questions that depend on them are checked again before each Hajj season.
Health questions cover official requirements only and always point you to your own doctor. They are not medical advice.
When a published question changes in substance, we say so below in the corrections log.
We don't issue religious rulings. For a question about your own situation, please ask a scholar you trust.
Private Hajj packages from India are operated through Haj Group Organisers registered with the Ministry of Minority Affairs. Hajj Ready teaches what to check with any organiser or travel company.
Your privacy
You can play without an account. As a guest, your browser keeps an anonymous code so your progress isn't lost; we store only that code, your answers, and a one-way scrambled form of your IP address used only to prevent abuse.
Saved accounts are for adults (18+) only. Anything you write for yourself in the game is private: only you can read it, and it never appears on share images, analytics or any staff screen.
You can delete your game data at any time from your profile. Records of players inactive for 24 months are deleted automatically. Anonymous answer data (with no link to you) is kept to improve the training.
My Hajj card is saved on this phone only. Marhaba never sees it.
