35 Days Shifting Hajj Package – C Category 2027

1. BOOKING & CONFIRMATION: An advance of 25% per pilgrim is required at the time of booking and confirms the booking; if you cancel, the cancellation schedule decides what is refunded. A further 50% is due 30 days or earlier before the scheduled departure date, and the balance of 25% is due 15 days or earlier before departure. 2. PASSPORT & VISA REQUIREMENTS: Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of planned travel with at least 2 blank pages. Visa issuance is subject to the discretion of the Ministry of Hajj & Umrah of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 3. HOTEL CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Standard hotel check-in time in Saudi Arabia is 4:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges. 4. ROOM OCCUPANCY: Room types (Single, Double, Triple, Quad, Quint) refer to the number of beds sharing the room. Specific room views (e.g. Kaaba view or Haram view) are subject to availability and separate tariff if requested. 5. HEALTH & FITNESS: Pilgrims must ensure they are medically fit to travel and perform the pilgrimage rituals. Elderly pilgrims or those requiring special assistance should be accompanied by a companion.

CANCELLATION SCHEDULE & CHARGES: Cancellations are counted from the date Marhaba Haji receives your written notice, against the scheduled departure date: • More than 60 days before departure: ₹5,000 administrative fee. 100% of the balance is refunded, minus non-recoverable supplier charges. • 46 to 60 days before departure: 25% of the package price + ₹5,000 administrative fee. 75% is refunded, minus non-recoverable supplier charges. • 31 to 45 days before departure: 50% of the package price + ₹5,000 administrative fee. 50% is refunded, minus non-recoverable supplier charges. • 16 to 30 days before departure: 75% of the package price + ₹5,000 administrative fee. 25% is refunded, minus non-recoverable supplier charges. • 15 days or fewer before departure, or No-Show: 100% of the package cost. Strictly non-refundable. Supplier charges: the visa processing fee of ₹15,000 is non-refundable once documents are submitted to the Ministry portal. Airline and hotel charges follow each airline's fare rules and the Saudi hotels' seasonal cancellation terms. Every eligible refund is reconciled after the supplier audit and confirmed to you in writing.

Refund Process: REFUND POLICY: 1. All refund requests must be submitted in writing via registered email to support@marhabahaji.com. 2. Refund calculations are based on the date the written cancellation notice is received by Marhaba Haji. 3. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 14 to 21 business days following confirmation from airlines and hotel partners. 4. Visa fees, travel insurance premiums, and banking transaction charges are strictly non-refundable once processed. 5. In the event of an unavoidable cancellation initiated by Marhaba Haji, pilgrims will receive a full 100% refund of all monies paid, or the option to reschedule to an alternate departure date without penalty.

DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY LIMITATIONS: 1. Marhaba Haji acts solely as an organizer and facilitator for airline carriers, hotels, and transport operators. We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, accident, delay, irregularity, or changes in schedules caused by weather conditions, mechanical breakdown, strikes, or sovereign acts of governments. 2. Flight schedules, airline routes, and terminal allocations are governed entirely by the operating airlines and aviation authorities and may change without prior notice. 3. Rawdah ash-Sharifah permits are issued exclusively through the Saudi Nusuk mobile application subject to slot availability controlled by the Ministry of Hajj & Umrah. While our team provides full hands-on assistance, slot allocation remains subject to Saudi authorities. 4. Currency exchange fluctuations and Saudi government fee revisions (such as municipality taxes or visa fee adjustments) occurring after booking may require corresponding fare adjustments.
