- Who is Maryam?
- Maryam is Marhaba Haji's AI travel agent. She asks about your journey the way our advisors do, then builds a day-by-day Umrah, Hajj or Umrah+ plan you can edit. When you're happy, send it to our team and an advisor confirms live prices on WhatsApp.
- Are Maryam's prices final?
- No. Maryam gives estimates to help you plan. Nothing is booked until a Marhaba Haji advisor confirms flights, hotels and availability with you.
- Can I change the plan myself?
- Yes. Tap any stop, hotel or flight to edit, move, lock or remove it. Maryam sees your changes and plans around them.
- Can I talk to Maryam instead of typing?
- Yes. Turn on Voice and Maryam reads her replies aloud. Tap the microphone to speak your answer in supported browsers such as Chrome and Safari.
